Blender 2.83 is out!!

Blender has released their latest version 2.83.

The version bring sets of several significant updates including:

  • VR support, 
  • Open VDB import, 
  • New cloth sculpting brush, 
  • Face sets system
  • Other performance improvements include a Delay Viewport Updates
  • Faster simulation
  • AI-accelerated viewport denoising,
  • Better multi-resolution modeling, 
  • Rework of the 2D animation tools

What’s More, there are five other features that should improve day-to-day workflow, from modeling right through to rendering and editing video:

  • Grease Pencil reimagined
  • Better multiresolution modeling
  • OptiX viewport denoising
  • Updates to Cycles and EEVEE
  • Revamped Video Sequencer
